About DemoRadar

DemoRadar aggregates pre-demolition and asbestos abatement notifications filed under the federal NESHAP rule with state, regional and county air-quality agencies across the United States.

These filings are public records. They are also scattered across roughly a hundred agencies with no common format, no shared portal, and wildly different disclosure practices. We collect them, normalise the addresses and company names, remove duplicates, and publish them in one place.

What we do not do

We do not assess, certify or rank contractors. Appearing in these records is not an accusation or an endorsement - filing a notification is the legally required step before this kind of work begins.

Corrections

Records are reproduced from agency filings and can contain errors that originated upstream. If something here is wrong, write to us and we will correct it and note the source.
