Why is there a delay on the free records?
The value of a pre-demolition filing is almost entirely in its timing. Publishing everything instantly would leave nothing to subscribe to, so records become public once the head start has passed.
Which markets do you cover?
Coverage depends on what each delegated agency releases and how quickly. The state and metro pages show exactly what we hold; if your market is not listed, tell us and we will look at what its agency publishes.
How current is the data?
For agencies with an online portal, daily. For records-request jurisdictions, it follows the agency's response cadence - typically weekly.
Can I get the data as a file or an API?
Yes. Pro includes CSV export, and enterprise plans include a raw feed. Ask us about redistribution if you want to resell it.
